We are a  Licensed Property Management Company dedicated to safe-manage your property in tune with the demands of the dynamic property market. 

FAST HOME provides landlord not just the pre- and post-renting management services, we assure landlords' houses are rented cash-flow securely with security deposits with good paymaster tenants. 

With our zero-deposit home rental scheme, FAST HOME provides potential tenant profiling eligibility check to ensure you are getting qualified good paymasters.

During your rental period, your property will be assured by FAST HOME protection plan against tenant runaway, outstanding utilities and malicious damage by tenant.

How does FAST HOME landlord protection works? How am I secured?
FAST HOME provides all-rounder landlords protection through few ways:

With our rent with deposit, you will be getting the 2 months security deposits from FAST HOME once your house is successfully rented.

With tenant's zero-deposit rental scheme, we conducts free eligibility financial check on all potential tenants to ensure you get a good paymaster every-time. This includes their financial status and employment background.

With our direct debit system, ensures an auto deduction on monthly rental payment from tenant. FAST HOME on behalf of Landlord to collect rental from Tenant and disburse to Landlord within 7 days.

We assured your property is from unforseen risks. Landlord’s property will be assured by FAST HOME for rental loss, outstanding utilities bill and malicious damage throughout the tenancy period.
What is FAST HOME Protection Plan?
Your property will be assured by FAST HOME for rental loss, outstanding utilities bill and malicious damage throughout the tenancy period.

In the event of Tenant Runaway, FAST HOME protection plan covered for
✓ Up to 2 months for Loss of Rental and Malicious Damage act by the tenant. (the Security Deposit shall be forfeited by the Landlord)
✓ Up to 2 months for Outstanding Utilities Bills
(FAST HOME shall indemnify the Landlord the outstanding water and electricity bills for a period of two months only)
How does FAST HOME Protection Plan protect me?
In the event the Tenancy Agreement is lawfully terminated by the Landlord due to the fault of the Tenant, the Security Deposit shall be forfeited by the Landlord and in such event FAST HOME shall indemnify the Landlord the outstanding water and electricity bills for a period of two months only immediately preceding the termination of the Tenancy Agreement evidenced by the date of letter of termination of tenancy.

In the sole event of expiry of the Tenancy and provided that the Tenant has failed to repair and/or replace the fixture and/or fittings in the Property after a period of 21 days following the expiry thereof, FAST HOME undertakes to repair or compensate the Landlord the costs of repairs of the Owner’s fixture and/or fittings in the Property willfully damaged by the Tenant provided that such costs shall not exceed the sum equivalent to the Security Deposit.
The obligation above shall not apply in the event of lawful termination of the Tenancy Agreement by the Owner and in such event, the Security Deposit forfeited shall be the full and final sum of the Owner’s claim.
How much is the landlord's service fee cost?
All of our services (online listing, home viewing, e-tenancy agreement) are FREE for landlords.

Property Management Fee
✓ 1 month Management Fee - A sum equivalent to one (1) month’s Monthly Rental
✓ 2% monthly Transaction Fee - A monthly fee equivalent to 2% of the Monthly Rental. This is a service fee for all successful transactions via bank transfers, debit or credit card payments through our payment gateway.

The fee will be charged only when you get your perfect tenant. Fee is subject to SST.
What Do I do with my home viewing appointments?
Leave it to our property managers! They will arrange house key pick up from you and the house tour to interested tenants.
I have found my right tenant! What is next?
Property Rental Booking procedure:
a. Tenant make an online booking via FAST HOME website or apps after he/she has confirmed to rent the house (fill up all information required, sign and agree on the terms and conditions and make payment of the 1st month rental and agreement fee).
b. Tenant will undergo a full tenant profiling eligibility check. Once the check got approved, we will notify the Landlord.
c. Landlord to fill up all information required, confirm the terms via FAST HOME website or apps. Our property manager will assist you on it.
d. An Offer Letter and Tenancy Agreement will be sent to both party’s email for e-signing. Landlord to e-sign Tenancy Management Agreement with FAST HOME for your property's management services including on-time rental collection. Tenancy Agreement will be sent to LHDN for E-stamping after signed.
e. Our team will arrange for the handover of keys after all agreements has been signed and stamped.
f. FAST HOME to make 2 months Security Deposit payment to Landlord within 3-5 days.
g. Once booking procedure has completed, you may view and manage your rented property via FAST HOME website or apps.
How much does tenancy renewal cost?
Landlord will have to pay the management fee to renew the tenancy.  
What is on time rental collection?
With our direct debit system, ensures an auto deduction on monthly rental payment from tenant. We perform 4 times in a month, the 1st deduction for the month will base on the day of the commencement.

Rental payment reminder will be sent to Tenants from our customer service to ensure they have sufficient amount to perform auto-deduction.

FAST HOME on behalf of Landlord to collect rental from Tenant and disburse to Landlord within 7 days, we will notify you via email.
Will I be notified of the rental collection?
Yes, we will notify you via email.
What if my tenants do not pay the rental on time?
If at any time during the subsistence of the Tenancy Agreement, the rent and/or such other payments therein covenanted to be paid by the Tenant or any part thereof shall remain unpaid or unsatisfied for Seven (7) days after becoming payable, FAST HOME will issue letters of reminders/demand to the Tenant on behalf of the Landlord and if the Tenant’s breach is not remedied, FAST HOME will issue a letter termination of tenancy to the Tenant on behalf of the Landlord. We will appoint a lawyer on behalf of the Landlord for the issuance of the aforesaid letters and the costs shall be borne by FAST HOME.

If the tenant refuse to evacuate from the property, Landlord will have to lodge a police report if necessary and we will advise the procedure for the recovery of physical possession of the property. We will also recommend to the landlord a competent firm of solicitors to understand the necessary legal process.
Can my tenant pay rental by cash?
To make it a more controlled way to collect rental, we only accept debit and/or credit card (Cash is Unacceptable).
How E-tenancy agreement works?
All tenancy agreement will sign through online. Both Tenant and Landlord will receive a link through email, click on the link and sign the E-Tenancy Agreement. Tenancy agreement will then go for E-stamping, the E-signed Tenancy Agreement is accepted by LHDN.
How do I know that I can trust FAST HOME?

If there are unclear utility bills or damage found during the check out, what is next?
Our team will prepare a check out form and state all outstanding amounts and damages for the property content caused by malicious act of the tenant. The tenant will need to clear all outstanding within a given timeline. If the Tenant has failed to do so after a period of 21 days following the expiry thereof, we will report the outstanding debt to the credit reporting agency "CTOS”.
FAST HOME will indemnify the Landlord the outstanding water and electricity bills for a period of two months and undertakes to repair or compensate the Landlord the costs of repairs provided that such costs shall not exceed the sum equivalent to the Security Deposit.
If both Landlord and Tenant agree not to renew the Tenancy, what is next?
Our team will conduct a house inspection and key collection (check out) on the expiry date of the tenancy and remind the tenant to clear all outstanding utility bills and keep the house in good conditions before move out. We will also advise the Landlord or the representative to be there during the house inspection.
