What is the benefit of FAST HOME rent with zero deposit plan for tenant?
At FAST HOME, we understand the challenges of these unprecedented times where renting a Home should be one less thing to worry about.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
Our Zero Deposit rental scheme allows both landlords & tenants to rent a home at the most affordable way.

Tenants are able to rent a home without any costly traditional 2+1 deposits. Tenants only need to settle a one-month advance rental and you are ready to move in. No more pressure on saving the money on heavy deposits.

All units registered under FAST HOME comply with our Zero-Deposit scheme. This means that they only have to pay for the first month rental cost and agreement fee.
Is there any cost for Zero-deposit plan?
There is no fee for you to get zero-deposit rental plan. However a full payment of the 1st month rental and disbursement fee is required for eligibility check. This will be your first month rental once you pass the check.
What do I do if I want to rent the house after viewing?
Property Rental Booking procedure:
a. You as the Tenant to make an online booking via FAST HOME website or apps after you have confirmed to rent the house (fill up all information required, sign and agree on the terms and conditions and make payment of the 1st month rental and disbursement fee).
b. You will then undergo a full tenant profiling eligibility check. Once the check got approved, we will notify the Landlord.
c. Landlord to fill up all information required, confirm the service package and terms via FAST HOME website or apps. 
d. An Offer Letter and Tenancy Agreement will be sent to both party’s email for e-signing. Tenancy Agreement will be sent to LHDN for E-stamping after signed.
e. Our team will arrange for the handover of keys after all agreements has been signed and stamped.
f. Once booking procedure has completed, you may view and manage your rented property via FAST HOME website or apps.
Is there a tenancy agreement?
Yes, there is a e-tenancy agreement for your rental deal.
How E-tenancy agreement works?
All tenancy agreement will sign through online. Both Tenant and Landlord will receive a link through email, click on the link and sign the E-Tenancy Agreement. Tenancy agreement will then go for E-stamping, the E-signed Tenancy Agreement is accepted by LHDN.
Who pays for the E-tenancy agreement?
You as the tenant will pay for this fee.
How much is the agreement fee?
We will charge the tenant on the Tenancy Agreement Fee rate based on LHDN scale and Administration Fee.
Who do I pay the rental to?
You pay the rental to FAST HOME every month via direct debit system. 
What is direct-debit system?
With our direct debit system, ensures an auto deduction on monthly rental payment from tenant. We perform 4 times in a month, the 1st deduction for the month will base on the day of the commencement.

Rental payment reminder will be sent to Tenants from our customer service to ensure they have sufficient amount to perform auto-deduction.
Can I pay rental by cash?
To make it a more controlled way to collect rental, we only accept debit and/or credit card (Cash is Unacceptable).
How much do I have to pay before moving in?
The 1st month rental and the Disbursement fee that you paid during zero-deposit eligibility check will be your 1st rental. No additional rental required to move in.
