Landlord’s property will be assured by FAST HOME for rental loss, outstanding utilities bill and malicious damage throughout the tenancy period.

In the event of Tenant Runaway, FAST HOME protection plan covered for

• Up to 2 months for Loss of Rental and Malicious Damage act by the tenant.
(the Security Deposit shall be forfeited by the Landlord)

• Up to 2 months for Outstanding Utilities Bills
(FAST HOME shall indemnify the Landlord the outstanding water and electricity bills for a period of two months only)
